1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting your Zoom account to the Naaye Khwaab KiviCare Telemedicine portal, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and Zoom’s Marketplace Developer Terms.

2. Service Usage

This integration is strictly provided to facilitate virtual video consultations between healthcare practitioners and patients scheduled through the Naaye Khwaab appointment system. Users must not use this service for unauthorized or illegal activities.

3. Account Security

Practitioners are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials. We use encrypted HTTPS protocols and secure database storage to prevent unauthorized API access.

4. Service Availability

While we aim for 100% uptime, Naaye Khwaab is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party API downtime (including Zoom API services or internet connectivity failures).

5. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access to the integration for accounts violating our terms or Zoom’s Acceptable Use Policy.
