When you authorize and use our Zoom Integration via our KiviCare Telemedicine platform, we collect the following minimum necessary information:
- Zoom User ID and Email Address (to identify authorized practitioner accounts).
- OAuth Access Tokens and Refresh Tokens (to create scheduled consultation meetings on your behalf).
- Meeting Metadata (Meeting IDs, Start Times, and Join URLs) for booking synchronization.
Data Subject Rights & Compliance
In accordance with global privacy standards (including GDPR), all users have full rights regarding their personal data:
- Right to Access: Users can request copies of their stored connection data.
- Right to Erasure / Deletion: You can disconnect your Zoom account at any time via your dashboard or Zoom Marketplace, which instantly purges all stored tokens from our database.
- Data Protection: We do not store meeting recordings, transcripts, or patient medical history on Zoom servers or sell user data to any third parties.
