Zoom App Integration & User Guide

This guide explains how healthcare providers at Naaye Khwaab can authorize, use, and deauthorize the Zoom Telemedicine Application.

1. How to Add & Authorize the Integration

1. Log in to your Doctor / Practitioner Dashboard at Naaye Khwaab.
2. Navigate to Settings / Telemedicine Integrations.
3. Click on Connect Zoom Account.
4. You will be redirected to the secure Zoom Authorization page. Log in with your Zoom credentials and click Authorize / Allow.

2. How to Use the Integration

• Once connected, any patient appointment booked for online consultation will automatically generate a unique Zoom Video Meeting link.
• Both the doctor and the patient can launch the video meeting directly from their respective dashboards at the scheduled appointment time.

3. How to Remove / Deauthorize the Application

1. Log in to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
2. Click Manage > Added Apps (or search for ‘General app 410 / Naaye Khwaab’).
3. Click on the App and select Remove / Uninstall.
4. Upon removal, our system receives a deauthorization webhook, immediately deleting your stored access tokens from our database.
