Muqadas Majeed, Founding Director Naaye Khwaab, is a Gold Medalist in Sociology from University of the Punjab and professional trainer of Green Zone Living, a seven steps guide to socio-psychological well-being. In 2021, she co-authored a book 'Naaye Khwaab Naya Nisab' with Dr. Khalid Sohail (Canadian psychotherapist and founder of Green Zone Therapy).

This book focuses socio-psychological issues among youth and possible solutions. In 2022 and 2024, she translated 'Sharing the Secret' and 'The Man Titanic Left Behind' into Urdu.

Muqadas was also among the top ten poets in the National Poem Project Pakistan 2024 by US State Department and Urban Word.

She is also winner of Social Media Creative Writing Award 2021 by European Society for Higher Education
